- Airport drop off/pick up.
- Carpet cleaning coordination.
- Chimney cleaning coordination.
- Create a yearly preventative maintenance schedule to help ensure all systems are properly maintained and working efficiently to last as long as they can.
- Deck cleaning/refurbishing coordination.
- Dry cleaning drop off/delivery.
- Electrical system evaluation. Labeling of electrical panel(s). How often does your power go out? Do you need a generator?
- Firewood delivery/stacking coordination.
- Garage door installation/repair coordination.
- Holiday lights/decorations install/take down coordination.
- Home security system design/install coordination.
- Home theatre maintenance/design/install coordination.
- Independent 3rd party home inspection coordination.
- Interior decorator/designer recommendations & coordination.
- Landscape design/install coordination.
- Logistics (getting vehicles to other locations)-Interior/exterior painting coordination.
- Lighting audit. Are you using the best bulbs you can to save money, make bulbs last longer. Duke rebates may be available.
- Outdoor furniture storage of for the winter coordination.
- Outdoor furniture refurbishing coordination.
- Pet care/grooming coordination.
- Pressure washing (house, deck, sidewalks/drive) coordination.
- Shipping items to Customer at other locations.
- Tree trimming/removal coordination.
- Vehicle washing/detailing coordination.
- Vehicle maintenance coordination.
- Window cleaning coordination.
KAJO will work with clients for any special needs they may have. Some of these items can be added to the scope of work included for the monthly retainer. Some of these services may be outsourced. Invoices for these services are a pass through to Customer who will also be billed for KAJO’s time to coordinate and oversee.
